Cinema and Restaurants, Haverhill

A town centre regeneration scheme on council owned land

 This scheme needed to deliver an enormous bang for it's very modest budget. We worked with the cinema operator  to create a non-standard floor plan for a 5 screen cinema. This came in under budget and  was essential to creating the critical mass for a new leisure destination in this town.

With the cinema carefully accommodated, the restaurant tenants were arranged around a new public space to create a vibrant and popular addition to Haverhill's public realm. Build cost was £4.4M.
