The re-vitalisation of a tired parade of shops to attract premium tenants was the driver for the pension-fund landlord of this scheme in Swindon town centre. Jim and Hugh created 5 no. modern retail units with service yard to the rear.

The scheme has proved very popular with tenants and the landlord alike. This £3M pound new build project involving the total demolition and new build construction in a busy and challenging urban environment was completed on time and within budget.
