Re-modelling and major extension a failing group of shops over listed terraces with significant height restrictions. The intention was to create a high- quality public realm with seven new family restaurants and a boutique cinena to cater for visitors to Brighton, and local residents, in this iconic location overlooking Brighton Pier.
