Our client bought the existing 3 storey office building with a view to refurbishing the upper floors and adding new floors for new homes.

Using our TopHuis system, we've created a new landmark building on this gateway site for entering Crewe Town Centre from the south with 117 new 1 and 2 bedroom flats, with good access to the station for commuters to Manchester.
